Pricing FAQ
Do you offer bulk discounts for large photo collections?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for larger archival projects. Customers submitting more than 500 items typically qualify for bulk rates that significantly reduce the cost per scan.
What factors affect the cost of photo restoration?
Pricing for restoration is based on the severity of damage. Minor surface cleanup is less intensive than reconstructing missing parts of a photo or repairing significant water damage and fading.
How long does the preservation process take?
Standard scanning projects are usually completed within 5-10 business days once in-house. Archival and restoration projects may take longer depending on the volume and complexity of the work required.
Are my original photos safe during the process?
Your legacy is our priority. We handle every original with archival-grade care in our climate-controlled studio and return your originals in protective packaging along with your new digital files.
